Production Print Specialist – Elk Grove Village, IL

Image Systems and Business Solutions (ISBS) has been serving the Chicago area, offering a wide variety of business solutions, software and services for the office environment.  In addition, we provide managed services, network support, phone and video surveillance systems and office supplies.
 
As ISBS continues to expand we are looking to grow our Sales Support staff.  We are seeking a Production Print Specialist to enhance and support our growth.
 

Job Description

Position Profile a Production Print Solutions Analysist will be responsible to drive and supporting Image Systems & Business Solutions (ISBS) sales executives in the Production Print market in the Chicago Area. The responsibilities will include: participating in daily pre sales activities with the sales staff, analyze customer needs and translate them into deliverable solutions, assist in developing effective proposals with the sales staff, assist in the developing a scope of work and implementation guide for each opportunity, deliver implementation and integration service to support PPS engagements and deliver customer support and training as part of the PPS sales efforts.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to develop customer production print strategy.
  • Responsible for pre -sales account opportunity assessment, professional services and software solution expansion.
  • Demonstrates the customer solution value through proof of concepts.
  • Analyzes customer business requirements and processes.
  • Develops customer solutions recommendations and proposals.
  • Interacts with the Implementation Team to help advise on resourcing and staffing to execute implementation plans.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Contributes to the development of new techniques, models, and plans to help grow the production print business.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within assigned territory.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 yrs. related experience desirable, Experience with high volume print applications and its related software, experience with color, calibration, and graphic program applications, EFI and Creo Rip experience helpful, previous digital print analysis experience, the ability to learn, analyze, understand and help clients through complex situations, good customer interaction skills, must be a self-starter and able to work without daily supervision.
 
Contributes to the achievement of production print and professional services revenue goals and objectives.

Business Solutions Sales Executive – Elk Grove Village, IL

Job Description

  • 1‐2+ years of successful experience selling business solutions and services.
  • Developing and securing new business in an assigned territory.
  • Cold calling prospects and presenting products in a concise and professional manner.
  • Conduct assessments, establish needs and make appropriate recommendations for the client.
  • Ability to effectively grow a sales pipeline for current and future growth.
  • Entrepreneurial self‐starter with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing sales training programs.
 

Qualifications

  • Ability to cold call and prospect for new opportunities.
  • Consistent history of exceeding quota.
  • Qualify appointments with prospects; present, demonstrate and close.
  • Ability to work in outside sales in a B2B environment.
  • Goal oriented, motivated by success and recognition.
  • Ability to overcome objectives.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Experience in office equipment industry preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
